Document templates

Document templates provide a predefined structure to help you start your draft quickly and consistently. Using templates ensures that your documentation follows standard formats and includes all required sections.

To use a template, select the "Document template" option at the top of the discussion area. This action inserts a standard structure into the draft area or replaces any existing draft.

The application support team collaborates with users to create document templates. Each template includes standard content, optional sections, and placeholders for custom information. You can customise placeholders or select options during drafting with AI assistance. Some templates may provide only the document structure.
