Setting up your account
Follow these instructions to set up your Kumite Help account after you receive the invitation email.
Note
A Kumite Help account is available by invitation only and requires that your company already has an active subscription. If your company does not yet have a subscription but you are interested in one, please book a demo. For more information, feel free to contact us.
Accepting the invitation
You will receive a personal invitation email from Microsoft with the subject "Kumite Help invited you to use applications within their organisation" (or a similar subject in your chosen language). The email contains a link to the Kumite Help homepage:
Click the "Accept invitation" link in the email to open the invitation acceptance page in your browser. Follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
Installing and activating Microsoft Authenticator
To ensure security, you must use a mobile authenticator application. The site will guide you to install and activate the free Microsoft Authenticator app.
You can find Microsoft Authenticator instructions in different languages:

If you already have Microsoft Authenticator installed on your phone, activate it for Kumite Help by following the instructions in the Microsoft invitation.
If you have not installed the app before, you can install it by scanning the QR code provided on the Microsoft Authenticator page with your phone's camera. You may also follow your company's IT guidelines for installation.
Note
You may use other compatible authenticator apps (for example, Google Authenticator). To do this, select "I want to use a different authenticator app" during the invitation acceptance process.
